I've been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. People tend to call me the what-you-see-is-what-you-get-girl. I hope that's good, isn't it?  I like to tell you what I am thinking and treat you as I would like to be treated. If I think a deal is not good for you, I will say so. If it something I wouldn't want my family member to do, I can't help it. I'm going to tell you!

 I strive to answer people's questions and explain the terms and procedures in plain English so that you have a very good understanding of loan options for you and how it all works. What good is it for me to sound very professional but leave you confused or anxious? If I say something that you don't understand, please bop me over the head!! This is an important purchase. Let us take the time to get it right! You deserve that.

I try and live up to the high level of customer service that I would like to receive from others when I am looking for information about a product or service. I am not like a big corporation or like a bank where communication is difficult. I am a real person on the end of the phone or desk, that will listen to you and give you real answers.

Mortgages can be complex these days. Each loan is different. People need a real person who is not only knowledgeable but also someone that can make things go right to get it closed when a problem does arise. The lending world seems chaotic at times. The homebuyer has a lot of stress going on when buying a home and is spending money the moment they raise their hand and start looking for a home. There are a lot of people involved in the process, such as the realtor, the seller, the sellers' agent, home inspectors, pest inspectors, the loan officer, the processor, the title company personnel, and sometimes more! A lot is going on.  I take care to let you know ways of saving money along the way.
